Elite Mobile Process Servers is expanding throughout California and is selectively building a preferred network of licensed and bonded back up process servers to support statewide service assignments. We are seeking experienced professionals who share our standards for professionalism, urgency, accuracy, and responsive communication.
Our clients rely on us to coordinate service with precision, consistency, and discretion. For that reason, we partner with process servers who understand the importance of timely status updates, complete documentation, professional appearance, and dependable follow-through from assignment to completion. Whether you cover a single city, multiple counties, or an entire region, we welcome the opportunity to connect with qualified professionals interested in establishing a long-term working relationship with our office.
What We Look For in Affiliate Servers
Licensed & Bonded
Must hold a valid California process server registration and be properly bonded.
Timely Status Updates
We expect prompt communication from assignment acceptance through completion.
Complete Documentation
Accurate proofs of service and supporting documentation submitted without delay.
Professional Appearance

Affiliate Submission Information
To be considered for our California back up network, please include the following in your submission:
- Your full name, business name and telephone number
- Confirmation that you are licensed and bonded
- Your availability Monday through Sunday
- The hours you are available each day
- The best times for us to contact you by phone
- A list of the cities, counties, or regions you cover
- Your requested rates for service in each area
Working With Elite Mobile Process Servers
Elite Mobile Process Servers is committed to maintaining a professional, organized, and responsive working relationship with every affiliate server in our network. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we remain available by phone on weekends as needed to support active assignments.
We are proud members of NAPPS and are focused on building a reliable statewide network of professionals who reflect the same level of service we provide to our clients.
Payments to affiliate process servers are issued on Fridays. At the time of assignment, we will clearly communicate the client's payment terms so you know when payment can be expected. Payments are currently issued via Zelle or Venmo.
